Government of Western Australia - The Government of Western Australia website includes information on all departments within the State Government and features Western Australian news, links to public transport, a search facility to locate schools and also a local government job search. Tourism WA – The official State Government site for tourism in Western Australia. Tourism WA offers information on Western Australia’s weather and climate, history and culture, and flora and fauna, including fun destinations, things to see and do and local events and festivals. You can book accommodation and tours with the search facility and even view footage of featured places around Western Australia.


Education Training International (ETI) – The ETI website is the Western Australian Government site to assist with the recruiting and placement of international students in Western Australia’s government owned colleges and schools, helping them in obtaining valuable qualifications, skills and experience so they can continue on into employment or further study at university. You are able to view courses available to study with the course catalogue online. Details about how to apply are also there to help you and being able to apply online makes it a simple process.

 

Perth Education City - Perth Education City is Western Australia’s peak industry body for international education. Perth Education City is now strongly supported by the Government of Western Australia through the Department of State Development and the Department of Education Services. Its member institutions include the State’s five world class universities, plus numerous vocational education providers, primary and secondary schools, and English language colleges – both from the public and private sector. Useful information regarding living in Western Australia and finding where you can study is part of this comprehensive website.

 

Real Estate Industry Western Australia (REIWA) – REIWA is the real estate industry association that represents agents throughout Western Australia.  The REIWA website provides information on all areas of property transactions, purchasing, renting a house and building a new home. REIWA also provides training for real estate agents and assists the public, real estate agents and the government on all real estate matters. You will find homes in Western Australia to buy or rent and also suburb information for the whole of the State.


Department of Education (DET) – Here you will find links to education offered by the Western Australia Department of Education.  You can search through the curriculum studied from kindergarten level through to year 12 level. Chamber of Commerce and Industry – this website offers helps for anyone wanting to discover the way things work in Western Australia with business, education, employment, employee relations, business advice and training, economics for the local area. This service is available in both metropolitan and regional areas.

 

Regional Development Commission – they may be able to help you in many ways in finding out information about the regional areas.  A list of each of the regional development commissions is available on the Government of Western Australia’s website.

 

Master Builders Western Australia (MBWA) - The MBWA is the peak employer body representing the Western Australian building and construction industry in both commercial and residential sectors. They promote the views and interests of the building and construction industry and provide a range of services including training, contracts and legal, industrial relations, technical guidance, industry economics and safety advice.

 

Construction Training Fund - The goals of the Construction Training Fund are to improve the quality of training and to increase the number of skilled workers in the building and construction industry.

 

Construction Contractors Association of Western Australia (CCA) - The CCA is the peak industry body for the major building and civil construction contractors in Western Australia. The CCA's purpose is to represent the industry to Government, their major clients and relevant stakeholders.


The Western Australian Private Education and Training Industry Association (WAPETIA) - The WAPETIA is an association of schools and colleges all dedicated to fair and ethical conduct and the provision of quality education.

 

Career Education Association of Western Australia – CEAWA is the peak body in Western Australia for career development in teaching and career advising including career education, vocational education and training and enterprise education. CEAWA draws its membership from primary, secondary and tertiary education sectors as well as employment groups and private providers.

 

Australian Association of Agriculture Consultants WA - The Australian Association of Agricultural Consultants (WA) Inc. is the professional body formed to provide assistance to the agricultural profession.  You can find consultants in the areas of farm business management, animal husbandry and managemen,; agronomy, grain marketing and lots more.

 

Wine Industry Association Western Australia - The Wine Industry Association of Western Australia (Inc.) is the State's primary organisation representing wine producers. Wine Industry Association of WA works with members to facilitate the development of export and domestic markets for quality Western Australian wine through education, quality control, fostering trade relationships and lobbying.


WA Forest Industries - The WA Forest Industries support the sustainable use of Western Australia's forests by raising awareness and encouraging learning about the management and use of Western Australia’s South-west native forests, and softwood and hardwood plantations.

 

Western Australian Plantation Resources (WAPRES)  - WAPRES has a large and secure share of the woodfibre industry in Western Australia. WAPRES is committed to safety, protecting the environment, and to working with and supporting the communities, in which they operate. 

 

Australian Hotels Association Western Australia - The Australian Hotels Association (WA) represents more than 80% of the hotel and hospitality industry in the State. Their role is to lobby and protect the business and commercial interests of their members, provide quality training services such as responsible service of alcohol and to provide industry networking and marketing opportunities.

 

Restaurant & Catering Western Australia - Restaurant and Catering Western Australia is a not-for-profit industry peak association made up of food service businesses existing solely for the purpose of protecting and serving the interests of the industry and the viability and profitability of those enterprises operating within the industry.

 

The Food Industry Association Western Australia Inc (FIA) - FIA is a member based, not-for-profit industry development organisation supporting the development of the food, beverage and associated industries in Western Australia. The FIA represents businesses that are engaged in the industry of processing food and beverages in WA.


Outdoors Western Australia (WA) - Outdoors WA is the peak body representing the exciting outdoor adventure and recreational activities sector in Western Australia including camping, outdoor recreation activities and professional instructors. Outdoors WA coordinates conferences, seminars and professional development opportunities.

 

The Art Education Association (ArtED) - ArtED exists to promote and improve the quality of Art Education in Western Australia through the support of best practice and innovation.
