​​What details do migration agents need to provide on applications?

Migration agents must include their full contact details in applications for State nomination. WA Migration Services is unable to discuss the details of an application with agents who are not listed on an application.

An email address is not sufficient. Full contact details are required.

If a client receives an invitation to apply for State nomination, do they need to meet additional criteria?

Yes. Applicants must meet all the additional criteria for State nomination. Please ensure applicants read and understand the criteria for State nomination prior to lodging an application.

Can I update my email address?

Migration agents are able to amend their existing contact details on an application. However, if no agent details were provided at the time of application lodgement, they cannot be added at a later date.

How can I upload documents for State nomination applications?

You are not required to upload documents to your State nomination application. Your client’s information is available through their Expression of Interest in SkillSelect. If your client is required to have a contract of employment, this should be emailed to WA Migration Services at
migration@​dtwd.wa.gov.au after submission of the State nomination application.
